01 Our Commitment

Apex Narrative Group is committed to making apexnarrativegroup.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.

We treat accessibility as part of the design work, not a remediation step after launch.

02 Conformance Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium.

Current status: partially conformant. Most of the site meets the standard, and we are aware of areas still under review. We are not claiming full conformance until an independent audit confirms it.

This statement was prepared on [DATE] based on a [self-evaluation / third-party audit by VENDOR].

03 What We Have Done

  • Semantic HTML with a correct heading hierarchy and landmark regions;
  • A skip-to-content link at the start of every page;
  • Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element;
  • Text and interface contrast tested against WCAG AA thresholds;
  • Form fields with persistent visible labels, not placeholder-only labels;
  • Error messages that identify the field and describe how to fix the problem;
  • ARIA attributes on expandable sections and status messages;
  • Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting, which disables animation;
  • Text that reflows and remains readable at 200% zoom and on small screens;
  • Touch targets sized for reliable use on mobile.

04 Known Limitations

We know about the following and are working on them:

  • [Third-party embedded content — e.g. scheduling widget, video player — may not fully meet WCAG AA. We are evaluating alternatives.]
  • [List any other known issues found during audit, with a target remediation date. Delete this section only if genuinely nothing is outstanding.]

If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please tell us. Reports from users are the fastest way we find problems.

05 Feedback and Assistance

If you have difficulty accessing any part of this site, or need information in an alternative format, contact us. We will work with you to provide the information or transaction through an accessible channel.

We work toward conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA in light of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and, where applicable, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

This statement describes our current status and goals. It is not a warranty that every page is free of accessibility defects, and it does not create rights beyond those provided by applicable law.
